Ahsan Latif Imam a British National, Tax Advisor and partner in Imam Aliz Law Associates Pakistan. He completed his Graduation in Commerce from University of the Punjab Pakistan in the year 1996 and soon after he worked as intern to gain experience in the Tax Laws, he was awarded licence of Income Tax Practitioners from the country’s highest Revenue Authority the Federal Board of Revenue, he became member of Rawalpindi – Islamabad Tax Bar Association Pakistan and thus regularly started his practice in the field of Taxation and consistently worked on Income Tax issues of the Individuals, Association of Persons, Professional Firms, Private Limited Companies, Non Profit Organizations, Trusts and Societies. He worked as a Tax Advisor and head of Tax department in Imam Aliz Law Associates, built his knowledge through participation and appearance before different Tax Adjudicating Authorities, he received his Advance Diploma in Business Administration from Queens College London UK and further completed Bachelors of Business Administration from London College of Science and Technology Holborn London.
Imam Aliz Law Associates is regarded as First Cyber Crimes Law Firm in Pakistan since 2007, due to diligent research work in newly promulgated Prevention of Electronics Crimes Ordinance 2007, which was lapsed by time and redrafted and still awaiting implementation. Ahsan Latif Imam is actively participating and emphasizing on redrafted Cyber Crimes Act 2012 for delivering complete understandings to public at large, further he is asked to write articles, speak on the current scenario of coming cyber crimes laws in the country.
